Eden Springs acquires Lithuanian supplier

The company has acquired Lithuania’s second biggest home and office delivery (HOD) supplier — UAB Neptüno vandens pristatymas— through its subsidiary in the Baltic region. This operation will increase by 33% the market share of Eden in the Baltics. At the moment the staff of Eden Springs in the region reaches 60 employees and serves 18,000 customers.

The UAB Neptūno vandens pristatymas staff, 25 former, will be part of the Eden Springs team at its Lithuanian offices and depots, located in Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipeda, as a result of the acquisition. The total revenue for the company, once combined with the Lithuanian business, is approximately €2m each year.

In order to strengthen its supply, Eden Springs Baltics will also offer new PET bottle solutions to include lemon flavoured mineral water which will be distributed under the brand name, Neptunas, as the company has stated.

Besides, Eden Springs Baltics is also introducing coffee solutions to its business customers through its European partner Lavazza, which is intended to expand the investment of the company in the water cooler industry.
